Privacy policy

Last updated

This policy explains how Kaia Lune (“I”, “me”) handles personal data when you visit this website, send a collaboration request or write to me. I am the controller of the personal data described here.

Who I am

Kaia Lune, content creator, Lisbon, Portugal. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@example.com.

What I collect

  • Collaboration requests: your name, work email, company, budget range, project type and your message, sent through the contact form.
  • Emails: whatever you choose to tell me when you write to me directly.
  • Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics. See the cookie policy.
  • Likes: the portrait’s like button counts on your own device only (local storage). Nothing about it is sent to me.

Why I use it, and on what basis

Purpose Legal basis
Answer your request and prepare a proposal or contract Steps at your request before a contract
Run a collaboration we agree on; invoice it Performance of a contract
Tax and accounting records Legal obligation
Analytics cookies Your consent, given in the cookie banner
Keep the site safe and prevent spam My legitimate interests

Who I share it with

Only as needed: with my manager or agency when they handle your request; with the form, email, hosting and analytics providers that work on my behalf under contract; and with authorities when the law requires it. I never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, they use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard.

How long I keep it

Requests that do not lead to a collaboration: 24 months. Contracts and invoices: as long as tax law requires (usually 7 to 10 years). Cookie choices: 180 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@example.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
